The Almunshed Consultant Company is one of the ( Almunshed Group )companies and was established in 2004 and has become one of the principality's largest and most widely experienced independent engineering consultants. This aside, it has retained it's original philosophy based on strong personal relationships. Development was advanced through organic growth in accordance with the ideals and principles of the partners on 1st October 2004. The Almunshed Group's philosophy is that design is the art of providing functional, economic and practical designs which achieve buildability based on fully utilising the integration of the design and construction process. Most important in the development process is the understanding of the objectives of both clients and fellow professionals whose prime concerns are innovation, social purpose and aesthetics linked with the financial constraints of the project in question. As the company grows the Directors have maintained their close involvement with all project aspects and, in particular take personal responsibility for the terms of reference and agreement with Clients and provide the overall guidance to project Teams within the essential technical approach. The Group has it's headquarters in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq with a branch in Basra , as a result of the international explosion witnessed by the company there is now an International presence being sought in London ( the UK ), Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and Jordan.
